- Assisting hardware manufacturers, software developers, system integrators, ecommerce players, telecommunications operators and suppliers of ICT-related services.
- Assisting clients in structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts and other complex ICT projects, e.g. development services, platform services, service level agreements, licences, distribution & subcontracting agreements, software agreements, consultancy agreements, outsourcing agreements, maintenance agreements, support agreements and escrow agreements.
- Advising clients on data protection issues to ensure compliance in complex corporate projects, e-commerce, digital signatures and invoices, trade practice matters, (on-line) advertising, and general commercial law (including consumer protection and cross-border aspects).
- Representing clients in commercial litigation.
- Acting regularly as temporary « in-house legal counsel » for several clients:
o Negotiation and drafting contracts with cross-border(s) aspects involving international negotiations
