I’m a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2004, and my practice covers both contentious and non-contentious issues in relation to Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law.
I have advised clients across a wide range of industry sectors and academia, and have been a frequent speaker in several domestic and international conferences and seminars relating to the IP area of practice.
I graduated in Law from the Law Faculty of the University of Porto in 2001, I have a Master’s Degree in Private Legal Sciences from the same Faculty (2010), and a Postgraduate Course in Arbitration from Universidade Nova (Lisbon).
I am a Portuguese Industrial Property Official Agent and European Trade Mark and Design Attorney.
